By accessing or using MS HOST, a deployment platform operated by Meera Solution, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of MS HOST constitutes acceptance of any changes.

MS HOST is a free, developer-focused deployment platform that allows you to deploy web applications, APIs, and containerised workloads directly from your source code repositories.

The platform currently supports the following runtimes and frameworks:

• Next.js and React frontend applications

• NestJS and Node.js backend services

• Vue.js and other modern frontend frameworks

• Docker containers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

To use MS HOST you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information

• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access MS HOST through your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

You agree to use MS HOST only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Deploying malware, ransomware, phishing sites, or any other malicious software

• Using the platform for illegal activities, including copyright infringement, fraud, or harassment

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data

• Abusing platform resources (CPU, memory, bandwidth) in a way that degrades service for other users

• Deploying content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these guidelines without prior notice.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all code, applications, and data you deploy on MS HOST. By using our platform, you grant Meera Solution a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, run, and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Our platform: All intellectual property rights in the MS HOST platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Meera Solution. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our express written consent.

MS HOST is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meera Solution shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities

• Downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your application code and data. We strongly recommend keeping your source code in an external version control system such as GitHub.

You may delete your MS HOST account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your deployments will be stopped and your data will be scheduled for removal within a reasonable period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms of Service

• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

• Your use of the platform poses a risk to us or other users

Upon termination for any reason, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification via email or through the platform.

Your continued use of MS HOST after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform.
